Return Policy
At Béalia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- It must not have been used or damaged
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is mandatory
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used or opened products cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If your request is accepted, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective Product or Error
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@bealia.fr with photos of the product. We will cover the costs and offer a replacement or a refund.
